Summary

Koneko no Daibouken: Chibi-chan ga Iku is a quirky action title that first appeared on Japan’s MSX computers back in the mid‑80s, courtesy of Casio’s in‑house team. The game’s charm lies in its pixel‑perfect streetscapes and the way it lets you guide the tiny hero, Chibi‑chan, through a series of bustling city levels.

Even though it never saw an official Western release, the title managed to hop across borders via an unlicensed Sega Master System port that showed up on a handful of South Korean multicarts. A later bootleg, marketed as Super Penguin, repackaged the same code as a standalone cartridge, giving the game a second, albeit unofficial, life on the console.
