Summary

The Pro Yakyuu '91 lands on the Game Gear as Sega’s compact take on Japan’s beloved baseball scene. Even though it never made it overseas, the title captures the fast‑paced feel of a professional match, squeezing detailed player sprites and stadium backdrops into the handheld’s tiny screen.

What stands out is the way the game balances arcade flair with enough statistical depth to satisfy a stats‑loving fan. You can pick from real‑world teams, manage line‑ups, and feel the tension of a ninth‑inning rally, all while the portable console’s bright palette keeps the action lively.
