Summary
Winter Olympics – the official video game of the 1994 Lillehammer Games – lets you step onto the real courses used in Norway’s frosty showdown. You can pick from sixteen nations, from Norway to Brazil, and train or jump straight into a full or mini‑Olympics where you decide which events to tackle. The scoring is a quirky twist on the usual medal table: points are awarded for the best results, so a gold in short‑track can out‑score a series of faster times, and even a gold‑medal haul can slip out of the top ten if you’re disqualified in a few events. The roster covers everything from downhill skiing and slalom to bobsled, luge, biathlon and short‑track, with a console‑only freestyle moguls bonus. Up to four players can compete side‑by‑side, and the game supports eight languages, including English, French, German and Norwegian, making it a truly international winter challenge.
