Summary

Tasmania Story bursts onto the Game Boy screen as a fast‑paced action adventure that challenges players to navigate a quirky island setting. Developed for the handheld’s limited palette, the game squeezes tight controls and crisp sprite work into every level, making each encounter feel immediate.

Published by Pony Canyon in 1991, the title reflects the era’s push to bring console‑style thrills to portable gaming. Though its name hints at a distant locale, the gameplay stays grounded in classic side‑scrolling combat, offering a nostalgic glimpse of early ’90s handheld design.
