Summary

Palamedes turns a handful of dice into a frantic puzzle showdown. You hold a die, press B to cycle its face, then launch it with A when it mirrors the die perched at the top of the screen. Matching clears that target, and chaining identical numbers or completing a 1‑to‑6 run triggers a special move that wipes three to five rows in one swipe. As the game speeds up, fresh lines of dice crawl down, and a single die touching the bottom ends the round. Play solo against the computer, duel a friend in “solitaire” mode, or test your reflexes in tournament battles against AI opponents. The arcade debut in Japan (October 1990) earned a respectable 16th‑place ranking, and the later Famicom and NES ports gathered mixed reviews—scores hovering around the mid‑range from EGM, Famitsu, and other magazines.
