Summary

Nekketsu! Beach Volley Da yo: Kunio‑kun is a Game Boy title that swaps the series’ classic street‑fighting for a fast‑paced beach volleyball showdown. The game keeps the series’ signature pixel art and upbeat chiptune soundtrack while letting players control the familiar duo of Kunio and his buddy Riki on sand courts. Matches are split into quick, two‑minute sets that emphasize timing, positioning, and a few quirky power‑ups that echo the franchise’s over‑the‑top style. A single‑player mode pits you against a roster of rival schools, and a link‑cable option lets two friends battle head‑to‑head for the tournament crown. The title captures the energetic spirit of Kunio‑kun in a compact, portable sports package.
