Summary

Mickey Mouse II, known in the West as The Bugs Bunny Crazy Castle 2, is a quirky Game Boy platformer that hides a tangled licensing history. Kemco originally released the title in Japan under Mickey’s name, but because Capcom owned Disney rights in the U.S., the developers swapped Mickey for Bugs Bunny and a whole cast of Looney Tunes foes. A later PAL makeover even dressed the game in Hugo’s universe, swapping the Horned King for a Viking‑type figure.

The game challenges you through 28 tightly designed stages, each requiring eight hidden keys to unlock the exit. While you’re hunting for those keys, you’ll dodge a parade of cartoon antagonists—Yosemite Sam, Daffy Duck, Wile E. Coyote, Sylvester, Tweety, and more—making every level feel like a brief, frantic cartoon chase.
