Summary
Kirby's Star Stacker drops a steady rain of blocks from the top of the screen, each block representing one of Kirby’s pals—Rick the hamster, Kine the fish, or Coo the owl. The trick is to sandwich a star between two matching friends; when you do, the pair and the star vanish, clearing space and adding to your score. If the stack reaches the middle rows, the game ends, so quick thinking and timing are essential.
The game offers four distinct modes. Round Clear is the core experience, split into five difficulty levels and themed stages that reward you with artwork as you clear each round. VS pits two players against each other with separate cartridges, while Challenge is an endless test of how many stars you can rack up before the blocks top out. Time Attack limits you to three minutes, pushing you to score as fast as possible.
Both Challenge and Time Attack feature high‑score tables that showcase the top three performances, giving you a clear target to beat each time you play.
