Summary

Hong Kong, the Famimaga Disk Vol. 1 cover‑disk, feels like a mash‑up of Mahjong Solitaire and a digital Jenga tower. Instead of pairing tiles on the edge, the game asks for a specific tile and lets you pluck any matching piece from the layout—whether it’s a simple pyramid or an hourglass‑shaped maze. What makes it tense is the scoring: a tile completely surrounded on all six sides nets a hefty 320 points, but yank a piece that’s supporting others and the whole structure can collapse, ending the game instantly. You can even dial in a three‑letter code to generate thousands of tile arrangements, turning each session into a fresh puzzle. The blend of strategic point‑grabbing and careful balance gives Hong Kong a uniquely precarious charm that still surprises me whenever I fire up the old Game Boy.
