Summary

America Oudan Ultra-Quiz Part 2, a quirky quiz title from the early ’90s, feels like a hidden gem for anyone who loves off‑beat handheld challenges. Though it never made it outside Japan, the Tomy‑published cartridge packs a surprising mix of trivia, puzzles and rapid‑fire prompts that push the Game Boy’s modest hardware to its limits. The game’s menu scrolls through colorful, pixel‑art icons that hint at the eclectic subjects you’ll be quizzed on, from pop culture to obscure facts. Even without a translation, the intuitive button layout lets you guess, confirm, and move on with just a few taps. For retro collectors, it’s a reminder that the Game Boy’s library held more than platformers and RPGs—there were entire quiz experiences waiting to be discovered.
