Summary

In the Game Boy Color version of Xtreme Sports, you pick either Guppi or Fin and dive into a tournament sponsored by the quirky Xtreme Cola Company. The island is buzzing with over 200 AI rivals across 25 tracks, letting you shred in street luge, skateboarding, inline skating, surfing, and skyboarding while the Bone‑Heads gang looms as the mysterious antagonists.

Two distinct play styles keep things fresh. Practice mode offers 15 challenges with three difficulty levels, perfect for mastering tricks before the real competition. The Xtreme Island Adventure mode lets you wander the island, collect medals, and unlock tougher events only after proving yourself in easier ones.

Scattered throughout the island are clues from colorful locals that gradually reveal the Bone‑Heads’ secret. Along the way you can snag Twitchy Shakes—special drinks that boost speed or even grant temporary invincibility for the next event. The blend of exploration, mystery, and extreme sports makes Xtreme Sports a surprisingly deep handheld experience.
