Summary

Rugrats: Totally Angelica (often just called Totally Angelica) turns the mischievous Angelica Pickles into a mall‑hopping fashionista on the Game Boy Color. The game lets you wander through a shopping center, duck into a string of quirky mini‑games, and collect outfits, wigs, and accessories that you later parade in a fashion show judged by the Rugrats babies, Fluffy the cat, Grandpa Lou and even the fearsome Reptar. Each successful runway run earns points that power a lift, unlocking higher floors of the mall and new challenges. The scoring system rewards you with Cynthia Dream Mall Fashion Show Queen dolls and playsets, giving the experience a collectible‑toy feel. THQ announced the title after striking a deal with Nickelodeon, positioning it as a girl‑focused handheld adventure slated for spring 2000. Critics were split: while AllGame gave it a middling 3.5/5, IGN slammed it at 2/10 and the overall GameRankings average sits around 48%, reflecting a mixed‑to‑negative reception.

Storyline

Rugrats: Totally Angelica (often just called Totally Angelica) kicks off with Angelica Pickles opening a brand‑new “Cynthia Dream Mall Fashion Show Queen” set that arrives broken out of the box. Undeterred, she declares herself the star of the upcoming fashion show. She then wanders the shopping mall, slipping into various stores where she tackles mini‑games to earn clothing, wigs, hats, makeup and jewelry for her outfit. Once she’s stocked up, Angelica steps onto the runway for a fashion showdown judged by the Rugrats babies, Fluffy the cat, Grandpa Lou and even Reptar. Scoring enough points lets her take the lift to higher mall floors, where the cycle of mini‑games, item collection, and runway shows begins again.
