Summary

Rocket Power - La Glisse de l'Extreme brings the whole Nickelodeon crew onto the Game Boy Color’s tiny screen, and it feels surprisingly big. I get to zip around with Otto, Reggie, Twister and Sam as they tackle snowboarding, surfing, skateboarding and more across ten wildly varied levels. The game even lets you pick up where you left off with a handy password system, so the momentum never really dies. The animation is ripped straight from the TV frames, and if you pull off enough tricks you might see your name on the front page of Reggie’s Zine – a neat nod to the show’s own hype machine. All in all, it’s a fast‑paced, cut‑scene‑filled thrill ride that captures the series’ extreme‑sport spirit perfectly.
