Play Keitai Denjuu Telefang - Power Version Online
Game Info
Summary
Keitai Denju Telefang – Power Version (often just called Telefang) drops you into a quirky, phone‑centric world where you play a young T‑Fanger equipped with a D‑Shot device. Your main goal is to battle electric beasts, collect their phone numbers, and fill an ever‑growing address book of Denjū friends. Each Denjū you catch can stick by your side, and in combat you can summon up to two more allies for support.
Battles play out from a top‑down view, but they’re anything but turn‑based; a creature’s Speed stat decides how many actions it can take each round, letting fast Denjū double‑strike while slower ones lag behind. Habitat types form a rock‑paper‑scissors chain—Mountain beats Sky, Sky beats Forest, and so on—so choosing the right Denjū can turn the tide.
Denjū evolve through three distinct routes: natural training, modified evolution with everyday objects (think pencils, batteries, even shuriken), or experimental evolution using a Phone Card’s DNA. Evolution is permanent in the original game, and only certain species evolve at all.
The Power Version boasts its own roster of exclusive creatures, a fact that fueled a notorious bootleg that masqueraded as a Pokémon title among English‑speaking fans. Though never officially localized, the game’s quirky blend of mobile‑phone mechanics and RPG depth has earned it a cult following worldwide.
Storyline
The game is set in the year 2020, when special mobile phones equipped with a D‑Shot antenna can teleport users through mysterious "antenna trees." A 10‑year‑old boy named Shigeki loses a baseball near one of these trees and is whisked away, together with another boy, Matsukiyo, to a fantastical world populated by creatures called Denjū.
In this Denjū world every creature owns a D‑Shot and uses it to summon allies for battles known as Telefang, turning the phones into tools for monster‑fighting. Shigeki quickly becomes a T‑Fanger, joining the ongoing Denju boom that has reached its climax, and he is assigned a hot‑tempered Denjū named Crypto by the mentor Musa as his first partner.
Meanwhile, Shigeki’s rival Kai already has a partner, the Denjū Angios, and both boys become entangled in plots involving evil Denjū and mysterious humans who may also be T‑Fangers, all while Shigeki pursues his dream of mastering the electric‑beast battles of Telefang.
