Summary

Hello Kitty’s Cube Frenzy (known in Japan as Hello Kitty’s Cube de Cute) turns the classic falling‑brick concept into a quirky puzzle adventure. You guide Hello Kitty across each stage, stacking Tetris‑style bricks to build steps, bridges, or ramps so she can reach every hidden item. The twist comes when her friends pop up on the screen, nudging the bricks in unexpected directions and forcing you to rethink your construction on the fly.

The Game Boy Color port feels a bit tighter‑gripped, with sluggish controls that crank up the challenge, especially when you’re racing against a cascade of blocks. The PlayStation version earned a modest 6.5/10 from IGN, praised for its surprisingly fun design and bright, if simple, graphics. Even with its basic visual style, the game’s colorful charm and clever brick‑laying puzzles keep you hooked long after the first level.
