Summary

Hamtaro: Ham-Ham Games lets you dive into a quirky Olympic‑style showdown where the tiny Ham‑Hams tackle everything from archery and sprinting to sailing and swimming. With fifteen distinct events, you can guide Hamtaro’s crew and even the pirate‑themed Team Seaham through each challenge, swapping out characters to match their strengths.

The game shines when you connect a second Game Boy Advance via the Link Cable – you can trade statistics and unlock collectible costumes, turning friendly competition into a mini‑fashion show for your hamsters. It’s a neat way to keep the fun going beyond a single play‑through.

Critics were generally kind: Metacritic aggregates a 77/100 score, while Japan’s Famitsu gave it 30 out of 40, noting the title’s charm and solid execution. Those numbers reflect a game that feels light‑hearted yet polished, perfect for anyone who enjoys a dash of nostalgia with their sports titles.
