Summary

Thunderbirds (the GBA title) drops you into the world of the 2004 film, letting you control Alan, Tin‑Tin and Fermat as they train and then race around the globe to rescue International Rescue members from the villainous Hood. The game mixes top‑down puzzle rooms with occasional flight sections where you pilot one of the Thunderbirds craft. Alan provides muscle for jumping and moving crates, Tin‑Tin uses telekinesis to shift objects, and Fermat hacks computers and slips through vents, forcing constant character swaps to hit switches and clear paths.

Critics were harsh. Reviewers slammed the puzzle design as repetitive, complaining that simple tasks turned into tedious back‑tracking, and called the shooting stages the worst shooter you’ll ever see. Publications like Electronic Gaming Monthly and IGN branded it a poorly licensed effort with clumsy controls, advising players to skip it.
