Storyline

According to an ancient prophecy, the Moon Juju, guardian of the Pupanunu people, will be weakened by the evil shaman Tlaloc, who seeks to turn the tribe into sheep as revenge for being passed over for high shaman in favor of Jibolba.

In the present, Tlaloc casts the spell, transforms the Pupanunu into sheep and steals the Moon Stones that power the Moon Juju. Jibolba escapes, believes his apprentice Lok is the prophesied warrior, but discovers Lok has been turned into a sheep. He sends his younger apprentice Tak to retrieve magical plants and the Spirit Rattle so he can locate Lok.

Tak returns with the Rattle, finds Lok dead, collects one hundred magic Yorbels and Lok’s spirit to resurrect him, though the resurrection gives Lok terrible diarrhea. While Lok recovers, Tak obtains the Moon Stones, restores the Moon Juju’s power and learns he himself is the true warrior. Using his Juju spells, Tak defeats Tlaloc and transforms him into a sheep, fulfilling the prophecy of Tak and the Power of Juju.
