His trail leads him to Tatooine, where he is hunted by the bounty hunter Aurra Sing and briefly captured by Jabba the Hutt before breaking free and receiving a summons to Coruscant.

On Coruscant Anakin confronts and defeats a Dark Jedi named Trenox, then uncovers Count Dooku’s scheme to destroy the Jedi Archives. He foils the plot, though Dooku escapes, and is later sent to Metalorn to sabotage the Cortosis Droid Factory and capture Techno‑Union leader Wat Tambor. After completing both tasks, Anakin battles Dooku once more, defeats him, and departs, delivering a pledge to Yoda that he will always serve the Jedi—a divergent twist on the Revenge of the Sith storyline.
