Storyline

Along the way Sonic frees a young rabbit named Cream and her Chao companion, Cheese, after taking down Eggman’s EggHammerTankII. Cream joins the quest to locate her missing mother, Vanilla, while Tails, clueless about Eggman’s plans, teams up after being rescued. Knuckles, initially tricked into battling Sonic, realizes the deception and allies with the group to strike back.
