Summary

Scooby‑Doo and the Cyber Chase comes to the Game Boy Advance as a faithful portable take on the cartoon‑inspired adventure. The GBA version reproduces the series’ mix of humor and mystery, letting players guide Scooby, Shaggy, Fred, Daphne and Velma across a series of spooky, tech‑infused stages. Its sprite work is trimmed for the handheld screen, yet the quirky animations still capture the gang’s classic dynamic. While the core puzzles and platforming remain recognisable, the handheld’s button layout introduces a slightly tighter control feel that seasoned side‑scroller fans appreciate. In the end, the GBA port delivers a compact, nostalgic rush for anyone craving a quick Scooby‑Doo mystery on the go.

Storyline

In Scooby‑Doo and the Cyber Chase, the Mystery Inc. gang is pulled into a neon‑lit cyberspace. A rogue program known as the Phantom Virus spreads chaos, and Scooby and Shaggy must battle through a series of tech‑themed levels to shut it down. Along the way they gather Scooby Snacks for points, coins that grant extra lives, and dog‑tag checkpoints that let them resume after a fall. Hamburgers replenish their energy, while pies serve as temporary weapons against digital enemies.

Meanwhile, Fred, Daphne, and Velma act as remote guides. Velma’s handheld communicator feeds the duo strategic moves and hints, letting the pair solve puzzles and bypass traps. With each collected item and every clue from their friends, the pair gets closer to confronting the Phantom Virus and restoring the internet to normal.
