Summary

Racing Gears Advance lets you choose from a roster of twelve officially licensed supercars, ranging from the Dodge Viper and M80 to Lotus’s Elise, Exige and 340R, plus a Cadillac Cien and a Mitsubishi RPM 7000. Each vehicle feels distinct, and the game pushes you to fine‑tune upgrades and swap tires to stay competitive in rain or snow.

The combat‑racing formula rewards daring power‑slides through tight corners, hidden shortcuts and well‑timed rockets that can knock opponents off the track. Multiplayer mode lets friends battle head‑to‑head, keeping the league alive no matter the weather.

Tracks are organized into five cups named after Greek letters—Alpha, Gamma, Delta, Epsilon and Omega—each containing five unique circuits for a total of twenty‑five races. Neil Voss, known for his work on Tetrisphere, composed a synth‑heavy soundtrack that perfectly matches the high‑octane action. Critics responded enthusiastically, giving the game an 83/100 on Metacritic; reviewers highlighted the tight controls, deep upgrade system and fun multiplayer, though they noted the absence of a lap‑time save feature.
