Play Mike Tyson Boxing Online

Summary

Mike Tyson Boxing, the Game Boy Advance entry from 2002, was crafted by Virtucraft and shipped by Ubi Soft. In the UK the same package wore the cheeky moniker Prince Naseem Boxing, a nod to the local boxing legend that makes the cartridge feel oddly regional.

Critics weren’t kind: Metacritic aggregates a chorus of unfavorable scores for both the handheld and its PlayStation sibling. NextGen’s Doug Trueman summed it up with a jab at Tyson’s own waning reputation, while Maxim slammed the console version with a negative review that appeared even before the U.S. launch. The consensus? A boxing game that missed the mark on both ringside and replay value.
