Summary

Kappa no Kai‑Kata - Katan Daibouken (Supplex) is a delightfully odd platformer that drops you into the shoes of a Kappa, the mischievous river child from Japanese folklore. The game leans heavily on its anime roots, turning the quirky series into a side‑scrolling adventure that feels both familiar and fresh. Its levels are peppered with off‑beat obstacles and whimsical enemies that echo the source material’s playful tone. Even without a deep backstory, the title’s charm shines through its inventive level design and the sheer novelty of guiding a water‑spirit through a handheld world.
