Summary

Harvest Moon: More Friends of Mineral Town lets you step into the shoes of a city‑grown girl who trades skyscrapers for soil. The core loop mirrors the original Friends of Mineral Town—planting crops, tending livestock, and expanding your homestead—but the gender swap adds a fresh social dynamic, letting you court any of eight eligible bachelors and eventually raise a family. The game feels polished; subtle gameplay tweaks and bug fixes smooth out the experience without altering the beloved charm. Critics seemed to agree, with IGN awarding an 8.5 rating and the aggregate score hovering around 79 percent on GameRankings. All in all, it’s a tidy, welcoming farm life simulation that invites players to build a simple, rewarding routine from sunrise to sunset.

Storyline

Harvest Moon: More Friends of Mineral Town (often called Trashman) begins with the protagonist waking up in the city, flipping through the morning newspaper. An eye‑catching advertisement for a picturesque farm convinces her to leave her urban life behind, so she quits her job, sells her apartment and purchases the property. Upon arriving she discovers the farm is in a state of disrepair and needs a lot of work. Determined to turn the rundown land into a thriving homestead, she sets out to restore it, marking the start of the game.
