Summary

Gyakuten Saiban 3, often referred to by fans as Ace Attorney 3, wraps up the original Game Boy Advance trilogy with a surprisingly rich mix of new and retro content. The game’s three episodes pit Phoenix Wright against the enigmatic prosecutor Godot, delivering a fresh cat‑and‑mouse dynamic that feels both familiar and unsettling. What really catches my eye is the inclusion of the first two cases from Mia Fey’s early career, giving players a glimpse into the roots of the series’ legendary defense attorney. Even though the title stayed a Japan‑only GBA exclusive for years, its 2007 Nintendo DS port finally let a wider audience experience this hidden gem. It’s a neat reminder of how the series evolved before it ever hit mainstream Western markets.
