Summary

GT Advance 3: Pro Concept Racing feels like a hybrid of its two predecessors – the city streets and paved roads of the first title combined with the slippery physics of the second, which forces a different racing strategy. The game packs 97 unlockable cars, each fully upgradeable, and even adds a "Drift Combo" mode where chaining drifts within a lap limit earns you new rides.

You can choose from more than 90 authentic models from ten manufacturers, tweaking acceleration, top speed and handling to dominate the 46 tracks scattered across the cartridge. Whether you’re battling AI opponents or linking up a friend via the GBA cable, the variety keeps each race fresh.

Critics gave the title an "average" Metacritic score; GameSpot praised its spicier feel compared to the original launch title, while IGN noted that rivals like Colin McRae Rally 2.0 and Moto Racer Advance sport sharper graphics. In Japan, Famitsu awarded it 29/40.
