Storyline

The city of Neustadt has fallen under a strange spell, causing everyday objects and even animals to behave erratically. Young witch Bibi Blocksberg rushes to the scene, rescuing her father and two of her friends from the chaotic situations. Afterward she is summoned by her aunt Mania, who is trapped inside a mysterious witch circle together with Bibi’s mother Barbara. Mania reveals that the whole mess is the work of the adult witch Malicia, who hopes to avoid punishment from the witch congress for breaking the witch code of honor.

To break the circle and free Barbara and Mania, Bibi must collect several magical items scattered around the city. She receives help from fellow teenage witches Schubia and Flowipowi, who guide her through the challenges. With the gathered items Bibi casts the final spell that dissolves the witch circle and restores order to Neustadt. The adventure ends with the family reunited and the city returning to normal.
