Summary

The 2 in 1 – Monstres & Cie & Le Monde de Nemo (Eternity) packs two beloved Pixar worlds onto a single Game Boy Advance cartridge, letting you jump from Monstropolis to the Great Barrier Reef with a quick cartridge flip. In the Monsters Inc. half, I guide Mike and Sulley through more than ten levels that are built around recognizable movie stills, turning each scene into a mini‑adventure. The gameplay leans heavily on talking to quirky friends, gathering clues and items, and unlocking new tricks that let you switch between scare‑mode and joke‑mode to help solve the city’s looming energy crisis. The Nemo side mirrors this formula, swapping scares for underwater puzzles and using familiar oceanic backdrops to keep the challenge fresh. Both sections feel like a love letter to the films while delivering a surprisingly deep, handheld puzzle‑platform experience.

Storyline

The 2 in 1 – Monstres & Cie & Le Monde de Nemo (Eternity) packs two beloved Pixar worlds into one Game Boy Advance cartridge. In the Finding Nemo segment, the adventure kicks off on Nemo’s first day of school when he ignores his dad’s warning, darts away from the reef, and touches the bottom of a passing boat. A scuba diver snatches him, and as Marlin lunges to rescue his son he’s blinded by a flash from another diver’s camera, leaving the boat to drift out of sight. The Monsters Inc. side drops players into a power‑starved Monstropolis, where the city’s looming energy crisis forces Mike and Sulley to scramble for a cure that could keep the lights on.
