Play NFL Football Online

Summary

NFL Football on the Atari Lynx feels like a pocket-sized playbook come to life. The handheld is meant to be turned on its side, letting the screen scroll in a vertical orientation while the camera zooms in and out over an overhead view of the field, which makes every snap feel like you’re peering down from the sidelines.

You can go head‑to‑head with a friend by linking two Lynx units, or let the built‑in AI take the other side. Choose any AFC or NFC squad, then dive into a surprisingly deep clipboard of plays and formations that were actually crafted by a real NFL coordinator, giving the game a strategic depth you don’t expect from a handheld of its era.
