Summary

Meteorites is an arcade action title that captures the feel of classic Asteroids. You pilot a lone spaceship surrounded by a field of drifting rocks, blasting them apart until they fragment into smaller pieces that can be cleared. Each cleared field advances you to a new, tougher stage where the asteroids move faster and break into more fragments.

Adding to the chaos, a hostile flying saucer periodically swoops in, firing its own shots and forcing you to dodge while you keep shooting. When the situation looks dire, you can engage the ship’s hyperspace jump, which instantly teleports you to a random spot on the screen—though the new position can be just as hazardous as the last.
