Summary

H.E.R.O. drops you into a dark mine where every piece of gear matters. A prop pack lets you hover over gaps and glide past sudden drops, while the helmet’s microlaser beam shreds bats, spiders and snakes that dart in the shadows. You start with six sticks of dynamite, perfect for blasting blocked passages or lava walls—just watch the blast radius, or you might be the one blown up. When the explosives run dry, the laser can still chip away at stone, though it saps energy and takes longer.

As you descend deeper, the shafts stretch into maze‑like tunnels, creature swarms become more aggressive, and molten lava pools turn the floor into a deadly trap.

Storyline

In H.E.R.O., volcanic eruptions have sealed off a mine and trapped a crew of miners. You play as Roderick Hero, tasked with navigating the hazardous shafts, dodging lava flows and hostile creatures. Your goal is to locate the stranded miners before your energy runs out. The game challenges you to explore the labyrinthine tunnels while managing limited power. Rescue the workers and escape the inferno.
