Summary

Frisky Tom drops you into a frantic plumbing maze where the goal is simple: keep the water flowing to a lady’s shower. You control Tom as he scurries across the floor, climbs vertical pipes and slides along horizontals, constantly hunting down loose pipe sections that mice have knocked loose. The critters start out as harmless yellow mice you can knock off for points, but once they dislodge a pipe they turn purple, become lethal, and even dive at you or plant a bomb at the water tank. When a white mouse lights a fuse, the only way to snuff it is to dash all the way left and fall past the flame before the tank blows. Each level ends when the tank empties, rewarding you with a bonus based on how much water actually reaches the shower, while any leak drains your score and a single touch from a purple mouse or an explosion costs a life.

Storyline

In Frisky Tom you play as Tom, a plumber tasked with moving water from a storage tank at the top of the screen down to a shower tank below. The goal is to fill the lower tank, and when you succeed a girl appears taking a shower as a reward.

Mice constantly sabotage your work. Three types of mice appear: yellow mice that can be knocked off the pipes but turn purple after loosening a joint and may jump at Tom; white mice that try to light a bomb’s fuse; and a third type that steals or blows up pipes. Tom must collect dropped joints, climb the pipe network to re‑install them, and extinguish the bomb before its fuse burns out.
